A New Collaboration to Support Your Journey!

Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share that IVF Together is now collaborating with CryoLogistics

This is the first in a three-part blog series where I’ll be sharing more about this partnership, who CryoLogistics are, and what patients can expect when working with them — including a Q&A with their CEOs, Charlie and JiJi.

If you’ve been through fertility treatment, you know there are so many moving pieces to keep track of. One aspect that doesn’t always get talked about — but carries a lot of stress — is the transport of reproductive cells. Whether it’s eggs, sperm, or embryos, this step is deeply personal and can feel overwhelming. There’s so much trust needed to feel that your most precious cargo is being handled with care.

That’s why I’m glad to be working with CryoLogistics. Their team provides hand-delivered transport, but what I value most is how personalized their approach is. They take care of all the complicated logistics — from customs and international paperwork to making sure everything arrives on time — while keeping communication clear and direct. Knowing there are real people traveling with and protecting your samples can make a huge difference in easing some of the stress that comes with this part of the process.

Much like reproductive medicine itself, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all way to support intended parents. Each journey is unique, and so are the needs along the way. This collaboration is one more way to ensure that intended parents have access to thoughtful, reliable care at every step — even during the behind-the-scenes moments that are so important to the bigger picture.

At IVF Together, my mission is to help take as much of the uncertainty and burden off your shoulders as possible. Partnering with CryoLogistics feels like a natural extension of that, offering you reassurance during one of the most delicate stages of treatment.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where I’ll share more about what CryoLogistics does and why their work matters — and then Part 3, a Q&A with their CEOs.
